Hi, I’m Lilly - a Cape Cod native, mom and the heart behind Salt House. After years of working in real estate & living on the Cape, I’ve fallen in love with the rhythms of coastal living and the sense of community here. As a mother, I understand how precious time is, and I bring that same care and attention into looking after every home I manage.
